Deposit, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

This policy explains how funding your Aurex account, withdrawing funds and refunds work, and the checks that may apply to help keep accounts and transactions secure.

Managing funds on your Aurex account

Aurex provides account funding and withdrawal functionality subject to the payment methods, account requirements and verification procedures applicable to each client.

This policy explains the general approach Aurex applies when receiving deposits, processing withdrawals and handling eligible refunds. Specific payment options, limits, fees and processing conditions may vary depending on the account and payment method available to you.

01

Deposits

You may fund your Aurex account using the payment methods made available to you through the platform or other approved funding channels.

Funds are credited to your account once the payment has been received and cleared. Processing may depend on the payment provider, banking network or other intermediary involved in the transaction.

Account ownership requirement

You must only use payment instruments and accounts held in your own name. Third-party funding is not accepted.

02

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after the required identity verification procedures have been completed. Aurex may request additional information where necessary to verify the account, payment source or withdrawal destination.

To reduce the risk of fraud and money laundering, funds are generally returned to the original payment method and account used to make the deposit, up to the amount originally deposited.

Where a withdrawal represents an amount above the deposited capital, any remaining profit may be paid using an agreed payment method, subject to applicable verification and account requirements.

01
Account verification

KYC and required checks are completed.

02
Withdrawal review

The request and destination are reviewed.

03
Processing

Approved funds are released through the applicable method.

03

Processing times & fees

Aurex aims to process valid withdrawal requests promptly. However, the time required for funds to reach you may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor, blockchain network or other intermediary involved in the transaction.

Processing time

Processing and settlement times may vary according to the payment method and external provider.

Fees & minimums

Any applicable Aurex fees or minimum requirements are shown during the relevant transaction or in your account terms.

Your payment provider, bank or network may also apply its own charges. These external charges are outside Aurex's control.

04

Refunds

Investment or trading losses are not refundable. Market movements and resulting losses are part of the investment risk associated with the services available through Aurex.

Where a deposit was made in error or a refund is otherwise determined to be due, the refund will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds remain subject to account verification, transaction review and any applicable security, compliance or payment processing checks.

!
Trading losses are not refunds

A decline in the value of an investment, trading position or underlying asset does not create a right to a refund.

05

Holds & declines

Aurex may delay, decline or reverse a transaction where this is necessary to protect the account, verify information, complete required screening or comply with applicable requirements.

01 Security review

Transactions may be reviewed where unusual activity or account-security concerns are identified.

02 Verification

Additional identity, payment or source information may be required before processing.

03 Screening

Transactions may be subject to sanctions and other applicable screening procedures.

04 Account terms

Transactions may be restricted where applicable account requirements or terms have been breached.

06

Account security & client responsibilities

Keeping your Aurex account information accurate and secure is an important part of the funding and withdrawal process.

  • ✓ Use only payment methods held in your own name.
  • ✓ Keep your identity and account information up to date.
  • ✓ Complete requested verification procedures promptly.
  • ✓ Review transaction details before confirming deposits or withdrawal requests.
